REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is important to YJS Beauty. We offer returns under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Requests made after 14 days may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:
Products must be unused and unopened
Products must remain in original packaging
Seals must not be broken
Items must not show signs of use or tampering
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless defective.

Promotional clearance items
Gift cards
4. Return Authorization Process
To initiate a return, email info@yjsbeauty.com with:
Order number
Reason for return
Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos to assist with evaluation.
We may offer replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
